I had a house fire Jan 2008. They came and made me feel secure told me what I wanted to hear. I had just lost everything including my prized Doberman. It took 10 months to rebuild. Not mad about that but all the things they said they would do were not done. They made verble agreements with other contractors that were not finished or even done at all. I got the CHEAPEST carpet and flooring out there it seems. I have asked them for warrantys on my products with nothing. 1st night in house they forgot to pull plug on dishwasher and my house was flooded. My new washer and dryer was installed incorrectly Pins for shipment of washer were not taken out so my washer has never worked right". They say they are not responsible for that/. My floors are peeling my carpet has big rolls in it?. One thing my cabinets were falling off walls and they came and fixed those;. Oh the custom cabinets I had before fire'. They never replaced them with what I origibally had". It has just been a nightmare/. Have called several times.. We will take care of you!
