Back in Feb 09 Paul Davis Restoration came to dry out my kitchen and closet after water damage. In the process of ripping up the floors in the kitchen they put a big dent in my new Samsung refrigerator, broke a picture, tore out chases that they claimed were still wet (a month and a half after the pipes broke)and ruined clothing they had taken to be cleaned (because they said the clothes did not need to be removed from the closet) due to fiberglass and dirt falling all over them. After all that I decided to accept $380.00 for all damages. Here we are in October of 09 and still no check. Sharon Green is obviously some kind of manager but she never returns calls or shows up for appointments. I have also submitted a complaint to the BBB. If your pipes break this winter "DO NOT CALL PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION" and check for all credentials. 1291620
